In collaboration with either our own team, partners and/or the property team architects, designers and project managers, EvolVe will assist to develop the facility overall look and feel and associated detailed space planning with reference to the brand standards as well as the initial concept direction.

Technical Layout & Design Direction

• The detailed concept direction, will aid the next section of the project where we will develop a visual direction to support a creative input for the interior designers.

• Area program enhancement

  • Capture key facility requirements​

  • Ensure both guest and operational flow requirements are part of the layout

  • Review or development of detailed architectural layouts of the facility

  • Review or development of design and material selections

Wet Facility Development

We work closely with our wet facility specialists in developing state of the art wet area spaces, which capture the brand image yet allow for the market segment expectation with unique design and experience aspects

FF&E/OS&E (Spa/Health Club/Recreation/Kid's Facilities)

• Review and recommendation of FF&E required for the facility​

• Detailed OS&E document to facilitate operations 

• Recommendation related to vendors

Site Inspections

• Follow through support ​during the construction phase, with on-site inspections to ensure the fit out meets the initial standards originally set out
