  • Visit of all properties which fall within the competitor analysis

    • General occupancies for hotel and facility specific

    • Understanding of market segment key drivers - local tourism​

  • Current global and Local trends within the market

Conceptual Brief & Area Programming

  • Development of an initial conceptual brief, for property team leaders to understand the following

    • Positioning within the market​

    • Key drivers to support the facility programming

    • Initial 'idea' towards the service element

  • Area programming

Operational Feasibility
